The AGS Enterprise Analyst is responsible for supporting reporting and analytics functions for our internal global Universal Workforce, People Strategy and Finance teams. They provide reporting and analytical support to our teams by leveraging our tools and best practices. Analysts may be assigned to multiple projects and business partners and must be available to support in many different capacities. AGS is looking for an individual who can: identify areas of opportunity, work with team members from different departments, manage expectations for multiple stakeholders and possesses the skills to work independently.
Expectations:
- Handle high ad-hoc request with complex report requirements and direct interaction with AGS leadership
- Implement and refine data within reporting and data output technologies (i.e. PowerBI, Anaplan, Databases etc.), or may be partnered with a technical resource to implement such solutions into key deliverables
- Identify discrepancies, trends, opportunities within multiple datasets and dashboards
- Perform analyses of data (including recommendations for current and potential concerns, benchmarking against other data sets, cost savings analyses, etc.)
- Take the initiative to improve industry knowledge, technical and analytical skills to improve overall performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, compile, deliver, and track data within multiple departments and functions
- Reconcile and manage data quality as necessary to resolve discrepancies and/or reconcile results.
- Manage a combination of regularly scheduled deliverables as well as ad hoc reporting requests
- Document reporting requirements, procedures, and business rules necessary to support the delivery of reporting for our business partners
- End-to-end testing and documentation of system issues and UAT practices
- System administration and manage best practices in terms of user security and sensitive data
