Embark on a leadership journey at the Didipio Mine operations as we seek a seasoned and results-oriented Superintendent – Process Operations for our Processing Department. Reporting directly to the department manager, you will wield significant influence in shaping and executing strategies to optimize processing performance and enhance gold recovery. As a Superintendent with extensive experience in gold processing operations, your leadership acumen and proven track record will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of our large-scale operation.
- Responsible for the safety, production, quality and budgets for the Process Plant operations.
- Provide inputs and work collaboratively with senior managers, other superintendents and supervisors from several departments related to Process Plant operations, including but not limited to Mining, Technical Services, Metallurgy, Paste Plant and Maintenance section.
- Continuously improve the performance of Process Plant, identify potential issues, and applies continuous improvement method.
- Responsible for people management of Process Plant crew.
- Prepare production plans, delegate work to their teams, oversee progress, solve problems, and take corrective action when required
- Assist in development of short and long-term control and planning with operational and capital budgeting.
- Continually acquire knowledge and skills related to interaction with people, technical capability, and production processes.
- Acts as mentor and coach to the Process Plant crew.
