Skills Required:
- At least 2 years of experience in BrokerForce or similar outsourcing environments.
- Ability to lead a team, provide advice and guidance on handling situations including escalations and service degradations.
- Loan processing/CSM experience to be able to adequately mentor and coach staff and provide coaching specific to their deliverables (tasks, industry).
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with brokers and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge and comprehension of staff qualifications the team is recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to think on their feet and be proactive.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment for someone looking to grow into a top management role.
What will you do?
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR
- Maintain strong relationships with Australian mortgage business stakeholders.
- Understand stakeholder needs, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Act as primary point of contact for Australian stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with their team members.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the BrokerForce and Outsource teams. Provide guidance, ensure high productivity and quality of work. Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
- Monitor team performance, encourage feedback from brokers, and provide coaching when necessary.
- Achieve agreed-upon KPIs as per the AU stakeholders.
- Streamline processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
RISK MANAGEMENT, COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Ensured compliance with companywide quality control measures to uphold the utmost level of service quality.
- Managed risks associated with an offshore operation and upheld data security standards.
