PC Senior Specialist (Reporting/PowerBi Specialist)

AECOM is seeking a PC Senior Specialist (Reporting/PowerBi Specialist) to be based in Manila, Philippines

The job incumbent shall deal mainly with Business Development Manager in preparing reports to stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to utilize his/her broad experience, technical expertise, and familiarity with company policies and procedures as well as exposure to a variety or project complexity, and client interaction, to execute complex project controls efforts. Applies broad knowledge of one professional discipline or advanced knowledge of specific, technical and operation practices.

  • Develop and enhance financial reports/dashboards to track and measure success of business line strategic plans, growth initiatives, and cross business line efforts.
  • Develop reports to support strategic priorities, such as pipeline, wins, losses, awarded backlog, bookings, revenue, margin, outlook and other KPIs as required. Incorporating data from multiple platforms.
  • Drive data quality by proactively identifying and addressing data gaps and training needs.
  • Establish excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, including cross business line leads and CRM Power Users.
  • Conduct internal and external research including but not limited to external market, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, financial metrics, etc.
  • Advanced fluency with Excel and understanding of Power BI.
  • With extensive experience in dashboard development, connecting and linking to different data source
  • Proficiency with MS Office including PowerPoint and Word.
  • Knowledgeable in Power Apps/Automation
  • Ability to perform and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated analytical, reasoning, planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time-management, organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • A high level of self-motivation and flexibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team environment and able to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading/interpreting corporate financial statements and financial metrics.
