Position : ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Work Hours : M-F, 9:30 am-6 pm EST
Holidays : TBA
Pay Range : $800 - 1200 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in data entry and client contract generation.
- Manage email and phone call correspondences.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travels for team members.
- Maintain digital and physical records.
- Assist in preparing and editing documents and reports.
- Perform general administrative tasks like ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Assist in company events and meetings organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems.
- Familiarity with MS Teams and lead management CRM is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented and tech-savvy.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
