This position is mainly responsible when it comes to conceptualizing, planning, developing, implementing, and executing marketing plans, initiatives, and activities for assigned categories. This includes uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns or promotions. He/she will also generate marketing strategies to grow our market share and brand reputation while improving customer experience and driving sales growth. Other key responsibilities include category portfolio management, category target achievement, marketing plan implementation, evaluation, and consistent brand messaging delivery.

- Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends
- Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels
- Managing plans for stock levels
- Reacting to changes in demand and logistics
- Meeting suppliers and negotiating terms of contract
- Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products
- Liaising with other departments with the company to ensure projects are completed
- Attending trade fairs, to select and assemble a new collection of products
- Participating in promotional activities
- Writing reports and forecasting sales levels
- Presenting new ranges to senior management team
- Liaising with Sales team to ensure supply meets demand
- Getting feedback from customers.
