Position: Supply Chain Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with a flexible overlap of at least 4 - 6 hours between 9 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 6 pm Central
Monthly Salary: Up to 1,500 USD/mo (Depending on the interview result and client’s approval)

Responsibilities:
- Management of logistics - International Sea Freight, Domestic Trucking, couriers
- Benchmark raw materials pricing routinely
- Analyze, optimize, track, and update inventories using ERP
- Reporting & Record keeping - supplier performance report cards
- Vendor Onboarding for new suppliers
- Forecasting and planning raw material usage based on sales data and feedback from the production manager
- Manage all communication with suppliers and vendors and solve delivery or quality-related issues
- Develop processes to optimize supply chain-related processes
- Communicate with the factory to ensure fulfillment post-production
- Work with sourcing leads to examine, engage, and determine new sources of material
- Write POs using ERP
- Invoice using ERP
- Manage the end-to-end process from material acquisition to dispatch
- Create reports for senior management to assess the supply chain performance
- Measure & create KPIs based on customers' metrics as well as internal metrics
- Degree or certification in Supply chain or related fields
- 4 - 5 years experience in manufacturing-related supply chain
- Proficient in using Netsuite or SAP and Google Workspace platforms
- Project Management
- Adept at using/ learning new digital tools and software
- Management experience - the ability to create best practices and potentially train others
- Clear communication
- Problem-solving skills
- Analytical Mindset and numerically proficient
- Negotiation skills
- Understanding of supply chain KPIs - OTIF, ISR, Carrying costs, DSI, Perfect order delivery rate
- Thorough understanding of international logistics and incoterms
