This is a full-time, permanent, dayshift, office-based in Cebu City.

About the role

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will support our Australian client in the Construction and Interior business.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & answer company phone number and take messages as required for us to call back. (Filtering out any calls that are not valid)
  • Completing data entry work.
  • Monitor the accounts email address, saving invoices to Dropbox and upload invoices to Xero as required.
  • Assist with putting HSE Documents together for new projects. (Safe Work Method Statements SWMS)
  • Log in to various supplier online accounts to download invoices.
  • Check our employee requirements for job sites and for the company is up to date.
  • Assist with the implementation of new software and apps for the business.
  • Communicate directly with staff as required for requirements outstanding. (Police Checks, Working with Children Checks, Inductions)
  • Monitor project budgets and spending on projects.
  • Create project ITP’s and any other general admin tasks on request.
  • Able to meet deadlines

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good computer skills and understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding organisation & time management skills.
  • Accountancy skills and use of Xero Accounting Software.
