Position: Personal Assistant
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Central Time / 11PM-7AM PHT
Salary Range: 800-1200 USD/month

About the job:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team and partner closely with us. This role will manage scheduling, customer interactions, financial books, and admin related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, customer interactions, admin related tasks
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules and calendars, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen phone calls, take messages, and manage correspondence to ensure efficient communication flow.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Create and maintain filing systems, databases, and records for easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including organizing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile data on various topics as requested.
- Assist with personal tasks such as making reservations, running errands, and managing household matters.
- Manage client's email account.
- Other duties as assigned by the client.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience (more years preferred)
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Jobber as a scheduling app (preferred), Excel
- Has excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Independent and ability to perform tasks flawlessly with minimal to no supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail.
- Must be a fast learner with a get-it-done attitude.
