Position: Remote Administrator/Sales Admin Assistant

Working Hours:

M - TH: 11 am - 6 pm EST (7 hrs) or 12 mn - 7 am Phil Time

F: 11 am - 5 pm EST (5 hrs) or 12 mn - 6 am Phil Time

Sat: 9 am - 3 pm 6 EST (6 hrs) or 10 pm - 4 am Phil Time

Salary Range: 800-1200 USD

About the job:

We're currently seeking a Remote Administrator/Sales Admin Assistant to manage both inbound and outbound calls. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with drivers and customers, overseeing dispatch, and handling inquiries, work orders, and communication channels. Responsibilities also include software administration, billing, and proactive follow-ups. If you're detail-oriented and excel in remote work, join us in optimizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers to enhance daily productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage dispatch operations by receiving requests, triaging work orders, and effectively communicating with drivers and customers.
  • Respond to inquiries and take work orders through various channels such as phones, texts, and email, ensuring prompt and efficient processing of requests.
  • Administer software systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping of client information, job sites, referral sources, and monitoring customer retention.
  • Ensure compliance with Terms & Conditions, maintaining precise documentation for client records.
  • Oversee billing processes, including running reports to audit charge card payments and ensuring accuracy in invoice charges.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups, including engaging with marketing prospects, managing Google reviews, and addressing other assigned tasks to support overall business objectives.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a customer service representative or in relevant roles involving both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Previous experience in a similar dispatch or remote administrative role is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Proficient in utilizing various software and platforms for administrative and compliance needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
