Bizforce and our medical division, MedCore Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Work from Home Executive Assistant to join our team. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our company's senior-level managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

MedCore Solutions (MCS) is a single source solution for Healthcare administration. MCS is an industry leader for medical billing, credentialing, scribing, insurance verification, compliance and virtual staffing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Prepare and edit executive-level documents, reports, and presentations
  • Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents
  • Assist with special projects and research as assigned
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Availability to work during business hours based on US time zones
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY
