Our client is an innovative Australian construction detailing firm with 30+ years of experience. They offer services like reinforcement scheduling, marking plans, and pre-fabricated designs, working with top suppliers. Their efficient RFI process saves clients time on-site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the existing PH team and be ready to grow and train the newcomers
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Philippines office, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all team members, including Rebar/Reinforcement Detailers, and provide guidance, mentoring, and support for their professional growth.
  • Monitoring the payroll and leave credits
  • Can demonstrate high emotional intelligence and implement efficiencies to lessen unnecessary Ots

  • Manage and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality in project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies for growth and expansion in the Philippines.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health and performance of the Philippines office.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation for the Philippines office.

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience in a managerial or executive role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience in using Bluebeam or Tekla Software
