As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organization's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include accurate billing of customers, record-keeping of payments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of accounting principles. You will work with different teams to ensure smooth financial processes and contribute to our overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and billing schedules
- Maintain compliance with local regulations
- Manage credit memos and billing corrections
- Perform account reconciliations
- Achieve billing and collection targets
- Collaborate with other teams for tasks and reports
- Ensure timely month-end closing
- Create training materials and best practices
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
