ACCOUNTABILITIES

• In charge of all store fixed and non assets inventory

• Maintains and updates the company’s brands lease terms for renewal purposes.

• Prepare weekly messenger itinerary.

• Process quarterly ordering of office and store supplies

• Compile and update employee records (201 file)

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.)

• Recording of Daily Time Record

• Process statutory payment monthly thru BPI Bizlink

• Process employee benefits such as product incentives in the form of IUP (item used for

personal)

• Coordinate with law office for legal documents requested.

• Collate and file all store permits.

• Manage inventory of all company assets

• Communicating with bank partners for tie up and deployment of payment facility in the

stores and other concerns.

• Coordinate with couriers (JRS and Lalamove) for the submission of monthly billing

• Accounting duties such as reconciling deposit pick-up billing vs. actual pick-ups slips

summary for both BDO and BPI

STORE OPENING/ EVENTS:

• Prepares the brands contracts for new store openings, renewals and closure in coordination

with the Direct reports and malls leasing.

• Request from banks the payments terminals to be deployed to the stores

• Monitors all store supply inventories for replenishments.

• Monitor all inventory.

• Supplies Check list

• Assist with planning and execution of corporate selling events and Pop ups

• For Pop up Events: Assist in the preparation of all materials and supplies. Can be assigned

on assisting in the cash counter and if needed to work on weekends.

STORE CLOSURE:

• Coordinates and monitors the security deposit for refund with malls accounting/ finance

team

• Works closely with the Direct reports for contracts and other payments matters.

KPIs:

1. Account / Lease Contract Management

a. Monitoring of renewal contracts

b. Processing of refund of construction bonds after store constructions

c. Other mall matters & concerns

2. Office Management Up Keeping

3. Store Inventory of Fixed & Non-Assets

4. Communication Engagement

5. Attendance
