Position: Real Estate Financial Analyst
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST (10pm-6am PHL)
Salary Range: 1200 - 3000 USD/month plus performance bonus (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)

As a Real Estate Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive financial models to analyze real estate investments, providing crucial insights into cash flows, expenses, and potential returns. Your expertise will contribute to informed decision-making and strategy formulation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed financial models to assess real estate investments, considering various factors such as cash flows, expenses, and potential returns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights into current real estate trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure accurate inputs for financial models.
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and reports for stakeholders, presenting findings in a clear and understandable manner.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and economic trends to inform financial analyses.
- Any other tasks typical of a Real Estate Financial Analyst.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must, with the ability to create complex financial models.
- A background in real estate, with a solid understanding of market dynamics and investment principles.
- Demonstrated experience in cash flow modeling, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial analyses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
