Position: Property Manager
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM Eastern Time Zone
Salary Range: 900-1200 USD/ month (Depending on the interview result and the client's approval)
Holidays: TBD
Job description and tasks:
- Logging prospective tenant information into Appfolio, logging tenant complaints into Appfolio,
- Communicating with on the ground staff, generating lease renewals within Appfolio, Addressing tenant account issues within Appfolio
- Following up with tenants on any concerns
- Proven experience in property management, at least 2 years
- Proficiency in Appfolio
- Good Oral and Written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
