We are hiring for HR Employee Engagement Specialist for our #iOPEXhappy@work team!
Must have:
- Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Relations Management, Humanities and the likes
- Experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
- Must have experience with Employee engagement Specialist for 3-4 years
- Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skill
- Has good Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills
- Willingness to work on a graveyard/night shift schedule onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Nice to have but not required:
- Experience with Employee and Labor relations, Employee Engagement
- Experience on working on a Business Process Outsourcing Company, specifically in a Call Center environment with not less than 300FTEs
- Experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
- Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skill
- Has good Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills
