You will be expected to:
- Work in the recruitment and selection process;
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding training;
- Manage employment contracts and maintains employee files
- Assist in Policy development and documentation;
- Assist in facilitating employee compensation and benefits administration;
- Support in Employee Appraisals & retention initiatives;
- Ensures employees adhere to HR policies & handbook.
We may also ask you to:
- Assist in planning and implementing regular employee engagements.
- Support in administrative work.
