What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of proven work experience as an I.T. Recruiter
- Expert in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT/Tech roles
- Must have the acumen to determine the compatibility of a potential candidate to a position that needs to be filled
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills American English
- Must be organized and proactive.
- Knowledgeable in ATS
What will you do?
- Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles.
- Conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments to determine suitability for specific positions.
- Managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate data
- Executes targeted search / marketing/ communication strategies to build both active and passive candidate pipeline.
- Highly in sync with industry trends and market indices
- Comply with daily performance metrics in managing incoming sourcing activity.
