Role and Responsibilities
Ensure 100% Retail Readiness for new product launches and promotions
- deploy POPs and display units OTIF
- coordinate with Sales team for accounts that need further alignment
Lead strategy and action planning that will drive sellout
- propose strategic and efficient utilization of Retail investments to ensure dominant visibility in the area
- initiate innovative activation to attract local market and drive purchase
- drive seamless integration of Sales team and Field Force towards flawless execution
Ensure quality of Field Force personnel
- create standards, guidelines and monitoring methods to ensure quality workforce
- conduct regular trade checks, work with’s and business reviews
Skills and Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the consumer goods/ mobile or consumer electronics industry
- Proven track record in optimizing retail operations, including field force performance management, store management, visual merchandising
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and key performance indicators to drive strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
