As a Revenue Manager, you are in-charge to implement and use Revenue Management methods, processes and tools in order to maximize room revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction. You will also provide direct support to the Director of Revenue Management.
- Assist in the day-to-day tasks of Director of Revenue Management
- Support Director of Revenue Management in managing demand, forecasting and inventory as it relates to driving revenue opportunity for the hotel
- Analyze hotel results and performance (average rates, occupancy rates, RevPAR.).
- Maximize room revenues through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and managing inventory.
- Ensure parity of rates in all booking channels.
- Ensure a close and continuous communication with the sales department to action on need periods and to optimize high demand period.
- Actively monitors and cascades production of all segments to make sure strategies are implemented.
- Attends weekly Revenue Management and Group meetings and cascade minutes to concerned departments
