What we’re after…
Essential:
Strong operational experience in a quality assurance role within a regulated payment or financial institution entity
Working knowledge and understanding of payments, foreign and/or regulatory compliance
Excellent organizational skills, and both written and oral communication skills
Granular attention to detail, with a strong ability to think laterally and problem solve
Excellent self-starter, motivated individual who is also a strong team player
Works well under pressure
Skilled at assessing, analyzing and presenting management information
Preferred:
A relevant graduate degree or equivalent professional qualification/s (ICA AML, Compliance and/or relevant compliance Diploma)
Understanding of IT systems, operational and/or product development payment processes, especially in e-Commerce environments for retail and/or corporate payments
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
