Your responsibilities will be:
- Ensure team adherence to service delivery SLAs and KPIs, related to quality of service and on-time delivery.
- Drive team efficiency through lean initiatives, system/process improvements, training, employee engagement & development.
- Support us to establish new quality process to drive greater accuracy and compliance with our established guidelines.
- Work internally and with clients on customized inspection solutions as needed.
- Operate with teams in different countries, including Mexico and China.
- Establish common Report processes across different countries
- Help establish new training content and materials.
- Drive the adoption of AI and other technologies into our core processes.
