Wrist Service Center is looking for a SCRUM Master who will act as a servant leader with strong people and facilitator skills. You will be responsible for implementing an agile process and coaching a cross-functional development team, down the line maybe multiple teams by guiding them to improve ways of working to maximize value through agile events and initiatives. As a SCRUM Master, you will help build and empower the teams being established in IT Manila.

- Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Create an environment where sprint commitments can be met
- Run feedback loops with team members and stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Knowledge about the Agile manifesto and the Scrum framework enabling you to define our workflows
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar agile management tools
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Previously worked with mixed development teams
- Knows about scaling agile across a development organization
- Thrives in knowledge-sharing environments
- Ready to support Product and Service Owners to create the best possible products
- Knows how to protect your team from irrelevant noise, but also to how to structure agile processes to accommodate business needs
- Conflict management skills

- Scrum methodologies and framework
- Release management through Azure DevOps for backlog and repository management
- REST API with Swagger
- Datadog for observability
