Job Title: Web Developer

About the Role
This position requires expertise in various web development tasks, with a specialization in WordPress. Responsibilities encompass both the creation of new websites and the upkeep of existing ones, focusing on functionality, user experience, and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, proficiency in integrating business systems is essential, involving tasks such as data synchronization, process automation, and facilitating seamless operations for clients.
Responsibilities:
- WordPress Development: Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins. Adapt existing themes to meet unique project requirements. Ensure high performance and manageability of WordPress sites.
- Front-End Technologies: Implement web design and development principles to create a seamless user experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- PHP Development: Utilize PHP to develop and maintain WordPress themes and plugins. Write clean, readable, and well-documented code.
- Elementor Page Builder: Expertise in using Elementor Page Builder to create engaging, responsive, and visually compelling WordPress sites.
- Plugin Debugging: Identify and troubleshoot issues with WordPress plugins. Ensure compatibility and resolve conflicts between plugins and other site components.
- DNS and Hosting Management: Manage DNS settings and hosting environments. Ensure websites are properly configured and optimized for performance and security.
- Cross-Platform Compatibility: Ensure websites are compatible across different browsers and devices.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members, including designers and other developers, to bring web projects to life.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand their needs and provide technical support.
- Proficiency in integrating business systems is essential, involving tasks such as data synchronization, process automation, and facilitating seamless operations for clients (e.g. - CRM, payment platforms)
- Proven experience in WordPress development, including themes and plugins (at least 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Elementor Page Builder and other visual design tools.
- Familiarity with DNS management and web hosting environments.
- Ability to debug and resolve plugin conflicts and issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
