About the Company
Is a Real Estate Media Company. They do media content to market any property for sale or rental. This includes high-quality photos, videos, virtual staging, floor plans, etc., and makes realistic 3D renderings of projects that do not yet exist. You provide the CAD and design files and we output renderings as though the home is fully finished.
About the role
We are seeking to add a post-production assistant to our team. In this role, you will help our post-production department complete all necessary tasks for the day in a timely and efficient manner. This will include tasks such as putting the final touches on edited photos, ensuring quality is being met by all editors, sending, and receiving revisions to and from editors, and adding notes to projects before they are sent for editing.
Responsibilities:
- Taking information from Monday.com as well as all needed files from Dropbox and displaying it all in an email to our editors based on project type and difficulty level.
- Sending off the editing email at 10 pm each night, ensuring that all needed edit notes from Monday are attached before sending.
- Checking that all Dropbox folders look full and not faulty at night before being sent off to editors (ensuring that the number of photos in the folder matches the number in the folder title).
- Approving photos from editors each morning, ensuring that all photos and other content meet our quality standards as well as specified requests stated in the edit notes on Monday.
- This involves the following tasks when necessary:
- Rearranging the photos into the proper order
- Adding 2 location markers to the address photos for each batch of photos
- Creating property outlines in Photoshop based on a property appraisal link (6-7 outlines per batch of photos)
- Making additional removals if originally missed by editors or needed by customers later in the day (when the editing team has gone to sleep – typically after 12pm)
- Exporting all photos to Dropbox
- Communicate back and forth with editors throughout the day.
- 2+ years of experience as a Post-Production Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (esp. Lightroom and Photoshop)
- Proficient in Monday.com
- Proficient in Dropbox and Finder
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace
- Preferably with experience in Real Estate Media
- Willing to render 1-4 hours each Saturday to complete any pending revisions and deliver a few urgent projects (only if talent is willing, TBD with the talent to hire) client is willing to pay OT hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Someone who can work with minimal supervision
- Highly organized, ability to meet deadlines, and keen attention to detail
- Must be able to send his/her portfolio prior to processing the application
