Sheladia Associates is seeking a professional Data Management Specialist to join our team for an upcoming, ADB funded Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project in Philippines.
The project aims to enhance: flood and climate change resilience that is consistent with the Philippines Development Plan of 2023-2028 (PDP). The project’s major outcome is to reduce flood risk in three river basins.
The individual will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Review existing information systems;
- Develop the detailed design of the hardware and software components of AMIS-FRM and prepare the TOR for AMIS-FRM application development;
- Support the system development contractor in the system and database design;
- Provide quality management of the AMIS-FRM applications;
- Develop manuals and training materials on the AMIS-FRM; and
- Provide training on the operation of the field data collection system and database management system to the DPWH staff.
