Job Description

This newly created role is a pivotal position within our global firm, requiring excellent attention to detail and operational acumen. Reporting to the Director of Finance Operations, the successful candidate will contribute to the efficient procurement of goods and services, ensuring compliance and driving cost-effectiveness across our organization. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for procurement to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Execute purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any procurement-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Support the evaluation of vendor performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

  • Assist in conducting market research and supplier assessments to identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities.

  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed, including data entry, report generation, and supplier communication.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in procurement or data entry roles, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
