Lead HR Business Partner

As the Lead HR Business Partner at DGS Philippines, you will act as the Head of Human Resources for the Philippines. You will provide expert HR and commercial knowledge to partner with the business. You will align with the business's values and business strategy and achieve commercial goals through the delivery and implementation of people strategies.

  • HR Strategy: Support the delivery of market/client group HR strategy and lead the communication, implementation, and measurement of key people initiatives and programs within your own business area to support a vibrant and collaborative culture.
  • Senior Business Relationships: Build partnerships and act as a confidante, coach, and constructive challenger to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, mentor, and coach members of the team to deliver best-in-class HR services to the business and employees.
  • Talent Strategy & Management: Use the career and talent framework to develop the careers of our employees through roles and assignments to provide unique opportunities to build KSAs.
  • Change Management: Support business leaders in organizational change management programs (M&As, organizational culture change, business process re-engineering, reorganizations).
  • Career Development: Work with our line leaders, using the framework provided by the talent team to ensure that engaging career development plans are developed and implemented for our employees.
  • Performance Development: Drive an effective approach to performance development with line leaders. Support business leaders in providing feedback to motivate high performers and improve poor performers or deal with the lack of performance.
  • Employee Relations: Solve key employee issues which might pose a significant risk to the business and organization in your own business area.
  • Employee Engagement: Mobilize commitment and accountability for employee engagement through senior managers and act as a support and advisor for line leaders in the area of Employee engagement.
  • Diversity: Champion a more diverse workplace.

You will be reporting to the VP of Human Resources based in India, with a dotted line reporting to our Managing Director for the Philippines.
