Account specific roles and responsibilities
- Updating patient records in the system.
- Rebilling medications accordingly.
- Adding new patients or records in the system for every new facility that will start.
- Calling facilities and insurance to get claims override
- Researching for patient's insurance or eligibility
- Emailing facilities to communicate medications for Prior Authorization
- At least 6 months BPO experience in a Healthcare Account
- Proficient in using MS Tools (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Excellent verbal & written English skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work onsite in MAKATI.
- Amenable working night shift.
