The Business Continuity Management Associate is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and testing TSA Groups Business Continuity Management System. The role will support activities to enable TSA Group to manage a crisis event effectively and with urgency.
What will your normal day look like?
- Work closely with TSA Group stakeholders & client stakeholders
- Provide consultation with TSA Group stakeholders & client stakeholders
- Development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans and procedures
- Creation and maintenance of documentation in line with relevant ISO standards
- Assessing the Business continuity implications of proposed organisational changes
- Coordinating revisions to the Business Continuity Management System
- Regularly conducts Business Continuity Tests in line with required testing timeframes
- Conducts Business Continuity Tests in a variety of formats including tabletop tests and full simulation tests
- Provide highly accurate reports and insights to drive continuous improvement
- Maintaining a high standard of output while completing tasks within reasonable timeframes
- Adherence to your schedule
- Provide assistance as directed on ad hoc tasks and projects
- Any other related tasks which may be necessary from time to time
