Job title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Salary range: 1200-1800 USD/month

Schedule: M-F 9am to 6pm AZ, sometimes work outside those hours if necessary

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role is crucial in helping manage a wide range of professional and personal tasks, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the CEO's daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's extensive task list.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-ups with in-office and remote team members.
  • Handle personal and business calls, emails, and correspondences on behalf of the CEO.
  • Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and other external contacts.
  • Assist in organizing and managing the CEO's email inboxes.
  • Understand and engage in digital marketing concepts and tasks.
  • Offer administrative support including scheduling, travel arrangements, and documentation.
  • Anticipate and proactively address the CEO's needs to ensure seamless daily operations.

  • Significant experience in a similar executive assistant role, preferably in a digital marketing or related field.
  • Proficient in digital marketing concepts and administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
