Administrative Scheduler (AU Construction, Office-based)

Salary: P40,000 to P50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 4:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Scheduler within the trading/commercial maintenance industry highly desirable
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in job management systems including SimPRO or any similar tool (good to have experience but not a must)

What will you do?

  • Coordinating and scheduling maintenance jobs in like with client SLAs
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to identify and agree on operational timeframes and attendance for reactive and planned maintenance jobs
  • Review materials ordered for each scheduled period to ensure availability on site prior to works being conducted
  • Rescheduled activities as required and report on non-compliance times
  • Liaise with technicians to reduce work in progress times and close off jobs more efficiently
  • Monitor overall maintenance progress and achievement of major milestones
  • Completing monthly invoicing to meet targets
  • Completion of procurement including raising purchase orders and amendments
  • Develop process documentation and maintain a filing system
  • Providing support to the scheduling team
  • Help raised quoted jobs, services and projects
