Job Description

Work with Operational Teams to develop on existing means of measuring and demonstrating success of service (including developing NPS or similar activities to gain insights). Work with Operational Teams to support delivery of process improvements which create a more streamlined customer and adviser experience. Collect and develop data, utilise data, root cause analysis and customer feedback to identify trends, and help deliver strategic insight and actionable recommendations to the business. Facilitate production of the Conduct Risk Dashboard, challenging the content and actions on the Conduct Risk Dashboard ensuring we are delivering good customer outcomes, identifying trends, areas for improvement and key actions. Support business tracking actions

DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform circuit status validation and ensure that only active circuits will be notified for any planned maintenance activity

• Perform circuit trail validation of special handling accounts and review the impact of the planned maintenance activity on their circuits.

• Account for, manage and protect ACM Status Validation process flow to ensure smooth handling of every endorsed planned maintenance activity.

• Ensures issues and concerns from different owner/stakeholders are addressed appropriately

• Maintains and update Circuit Loadings Validation Policy and Procedure Guidelines Document

REQUIREMENTS

• More than 5 years’ experience in Network Operations, Technical Support, Systems Engineering or equivalent 

• IT/Telco/Data Center industry experience

• Bachelor’s degree minimum requirement in Computer/Network Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Basic knowledge and understanding of Data Circuit Topologies

• ITIL - Configuration Management Certification is a plus
