Essential Functions
• Manages an operations initiative such as opportunity management, resource planning, management tracking and forecasting, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction program, or infrastructure projects.
• With others, identifies potential opportunities and develops plans to pursue these opportunities.
• Manages projects to create and implement new operational-related systems and processes initiatives.
• Monitors progress against plans and advising accordingly.
• Proactively works to remove roadblocks and issues hindering implementation of initiatives.
• Coordinates operations activities with other functions including service, consulting, business lines and sales, as appropriate.
• May provide specialized knowledge and support on deal/proposal construction and pricing.
• May manage service providers.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Req
• Five (5) years of operations and/or resource management experience Req
• Working knowledge of IQVIA products and systems.
• Good PC applications (Access, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
• Strong focus on process and detail; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
