LOCATION: Cebu or anywhere in the Philippines
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will collect, analyze, interpret, and correct unique data related to customer identification, behavior, and account relationships. With a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis, and a solid understanding of QIMA processes, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our company data lake, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Perform historical cleanup and internal organizational modeling of unstructured company data to establish structured entities representing our client's organization.
- Conduct thorough data mining and segmentation to create targeted customer profiles and personas.
- Support sales, marketing, data and IT departments by assisting with existing database management and integrating new leads into the system effectively.
- Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data analysis, reporting, and delivery.
