Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, emerging talent pools, and competitive intelligence.
- Analyze data to provide insights on talent supply and demand dynamics, industry benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Providing insights and recommendations on talent market topics, including existing and potential roles, skills and experience in demand, and talent availability in key markets.
- Monitor and analyze various talent strategies to identify areas of opportunity and industry benchmarks.
- Create and maintain regular reports on talent market trends, presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
- Develop detailed talent maps for key roles, including skill sets, experience levels, and geographical considerations.
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team to align market insights with recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance on sourcing strategies based on market dynamics and talent availability.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the field of talent and market intelligence.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a solid understanding of recruitment processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
