LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Business Development Representative

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST 

Monday to Friday 10pm to 6am PHT

Salary Range: up to 1,200 USD/month

Holidays: TBD

A third-party logistics company catering to ecommerce brands across various sectors.

About the role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in our growth and client acquisition strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients, understand their logistics needs, and determine if they are a good fit for our services. You will use a mix of outreach strategies including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to engage with leads provided by the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.
  • Schedule and conduct preliminary meetings with potential clients to assess their needs and the suitability of the company's services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach with ongoing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's business in the market.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably with a focus on outbound sales and cold-calling.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and targets.
  • Experience with Apollo.io is an asset.
  • Experience in the ecommerce or logistics industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
  • Highly organized and methodical in managing your sales pipeline.
  • Proficient in using technology and software tools for sales, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
