POSITION DESCRIPTION

Senior Manager for HR Services 

Reporting to: VP for People & Culture

You are a Senior Manager for HR Services, a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success.

As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the total rewards in the company are effective and efficiently administered. You will be accountable to the timeliness of Compensation and Benefits administration, support the formulation of strategies in creating a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP), accuracy, integrity, and availability of HR data and analytics for informed decision-making. Responsibilities - Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Help the organization determine appropriate rewards for its employees by understanding motivations of the workforce, keeping abreast with the ongoing and relevant trends and practices
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational goals, statutory requirements, and market trends.
  • Conduct regular relevant studies and/or benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive compensation packages for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring we are compliant with statutory requirements including managing process and policy changes needed to adhere changing local laws.
  • Oversee implementation of company-initiated benefits including but not limited to Group Life Insurance (GLI), Health Medical Insurance (HMO) and others.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Lead the management of workload and processes ensuring that the company is getting reimbursed by the state for benefits that it advances, HMO bills do not exceed what we must rightfully pay for, etc.  
  • Utilize advanced HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools and technologies to oversee and manage HR data and analytics, including employee demographics, employment history, benefits, performance, and compensation.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, providing timely and accurate data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data to proactively address workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate HR processes including data management, reporting, and employee self-service tools.
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency

Consistent to our goal as an organization, at Acquire BPO, we are looking for individuals who are passionate in winning; those who enjoy achieving goals with the determination to go beyond hurdles. You can perform well if you have:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage but not required.

- Proven experience of at least 8-10 years in HR information and analytics, compensation, and benefits roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.

- Strong understanding of HRIS tools, data management, and analytics practices.

- Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, including market analysis, salary benchmarking, and statutory requirements.

- Familiarity with automation tools and technologies to streamline HR processes.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a meaningful way.

- Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or CCBP are an advantage.
