Position: Recruiter
Salary Range: 950 - 1,000 USD per month
Working Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM CST / 8:30 PM - 4:30 AM PH Time or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM CST / 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM PH Time
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Job Board Mastery: Utilize and manage postings on major job boards, niche job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and identify potential candidates for licensed cosmetology & esthetician roles through various online platforms and networks.
- Screening: Review applications and resumes to match qualifications with our requirements. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to gauge suitability.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Feedback: Provide regular updates to the management team on recruitment efforts, challenges, and market conditions.
- Stay Updated: Remain current with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and the competitive landscape.
- Has 2 years of proven experience in online recruitment, especially on major job boards.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the beauty industry, especially roles related to aesthetics, is a plus.
