Position: HR Specialist
Working Hours: Monday -Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST| 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time
Salary Range: 800-1500 USD/Month
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions, including payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accuracy
- Monitoring clock-ins, clock-outs, and daily labor costs
- Generating reports related to HR metrics and analytics
- Tracking and managing employee time off (PTOs) and benefits
- Posting and editing job listings on various platforms
- Creating offer letters and facilitating the new employee onboarding process
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using ADP software for payroll and HR processes
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
