Talent Acquisition Specialist (Japanese speaking)Job Description Summary
The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Specialist APAC role is to source, attract, select and hire top talent in the APAC market for Cushman & Wakefield via a variety of sourcing techniques and build talent pooling and pipelining of qualified candidates ensuring that we provide cost efficient, quality service that is aligned with and supports the achievement of Company goals. The role will deliver recruitment services for various roles, from Trades to Executives by collaborating with Hiring Managers to screen, interview and appoint the right candidate for the role in accordance with a fair and consistent recruitment and selection process. There is also a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience through timely updates.The role will also guide and collaborate with hiring managers on Talent Attraction and Sourcing, Recruitment Strategy & Selection, compliance to pre-hire policies, and ensuring HR Systems like ATS and CRM are leveraged, TA metrics are in high quality and global best practices are being shared and leveraged in country. There are also opportunities to be part of or lead on broader HR projects and initiatives.
Job Description
Recruitment & Selection: Provide leadership and drive continuous improvement and consistency to strengthen partnerships with SEA HR Business Partner & COE teams, and improve visibility and collaboration. Ensure effective recruitment solutions are delivered within agreed upon time frames and cost. This will include recruitment solutions and transitions for new client accounts.
Ensure global platforms and careers portal are effectively leveraged. Proactively promote Cushman & Wakefield's Brand & EVP to attract and retain our top talent, critical to our ongoing success
Talent & Market Mapping: Collaborate and advise business leaders on the evolving talent market, identify and recruit key talent in the market. Collaborating with business leaders and HR on moving from a reactive volume recruitment into one that is more strategic and pre-emptive.
Employee Value Proposition: Work closely with Recruitment Marketing and Marketing and Communications teams to market jobs and promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and ensure a consistent message through all levels of the organization. Together with the HR Business Partner teams, drive positive messages and stories and career enhancement opportunities throughout the region and globally, reinforcing our strong brand and commitment to employee engagement, career growth and retention
Onboarding: Manage a consistent approach to onboarding in APAC. Working closely with the local HR COE’s and HR teams to develop an experience that is efficient, and effective and ensures a smooth and positive transition into Cushman & Wakefield for new hires, M&A Integrations and internal moves
HR Systems and Technology: Work closely with the HR Operations COE, Global Technology team to leverage technology platforms (Workday, Phenom People, LinkedIn, and other HR related business applications such as the internal and external websites and external job and careers sites) to deliver value to business leaders and individuals using simple, streamlined processes. Provide ongoing education to HR teams, business leaders and individuals to maximize the value they receive from HR technology so that the platforms are business enablers, not obstacles
Governance & Compliance: Effectively anticipate and manage risks associated with people and take a holistic approach to proactively audit and monitor HR systems and processes for compliance and consistency with relation to legislation and global requirements. Including the DOA (Delegations of Authority) is followed for all Employment related activities
Reporting: Ensure high confidence in TA metrics through effective requisition management and governance activities. This includes ensuring the metrics accurately reflects the recruiting activities, and placing requisitions on hold or closing them if the hiring manager is not ready to engage.
Financial Stewardship: Be effective in utilizing various tools and vendors to deliver on cost effective and efficient recruitment services.

Key Skills & Capabilities:
Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting, able to leverage and amplify employer branding to talent segments, familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
Demonstrated ability in implementing recruitment and selection management programs to support business strategy and provide efficient and effective services to secure talent. Partnering and working with a variety of human resources centers of excellence and local recruitment teams
Ability to collaborate and build trust with hiring managers by providing effective recruitment strategies and processes, providing timely advice and communications on recruiting progress, talent market insights
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday ideal) and Candidate Relationship Management (phenom ideal), and leveraging systems to grow and engage the internal candidate database
Proactive and has strong attention to detail
About You
Bachelor’s degree in business, or human resources ideal
At least 4 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment within a professional services sector or similar recruitment environment (RPO or In-House), ideally with volume recruitment experience within APAC
Industry knowledge of Commercial Real Estate / Facilities management, Professional Services, Trades recruitment experience is ideal
Ability to manage multiple tasks/Projects, with competing timelines
Japanese language skills required (as this role will be actively involved in recruiting for the Japan market)
