Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment processes and operations within the Recruitment Shared Services function. This role involves leading a team of recruiters and coordinators to ensure the timely and efficient acquisition of top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of recruiters, coordinators, and other recruitment staff members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and business leaders to understand their staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline and standardize workflows where necessary. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent databases, to identify and engage potential candidates. Candidate Screening: Lead the candidate screening and assessment process, ensuring that candidates meet the qualifications and cultural fit for the organization. Interview Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of interviews, assessments, and other candidate evaluations. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment. Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities adhere to relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records. Reporting and Analytics: Generate recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement.
